Touring the community is easy, but as the first phase is fully leased, we request that you book an appointment. The leasing centre, located in the clubhouse, is open weekdays and hold the floor plans for phase two. Choose from one- and two-bedroom villas, or one- and two-bedroom bungalow-townhomes.
We have eight large villas that house 22 one- and two-bedroom units, and a second phase being built now that will add 45 more units. The new phase features one- and two-bedroom bungalow-townhomes, some with garages.
No, you do not pay extra to use the Clubhouse. Some events require a deposit and may have a nominal cleaning fee. Access to the Clubhouse is included in your monthly rent, and you can book it for private functions. Inquire for more details.
All deposits are fully refundable. We want you to live well, and loving where you live is important to your well being.
Yes! We know how hard it is to leave a pet behind, and we want you to feel comfortable and at home as soon as you arrive. All we ask is that you pick up after your furry friend!
